Welcome to the Conference booking page for the VASBI ASM 2025 

The Conference begins on the 25th September at the Hilton Bournemouth at 09:00 and closes at 17:30 with a Dinner offisite at Key West on the Bournemouth Pier at 19:00.

On the 26th September the Conference recommences at 09:00 and closes at approx 15:00.

The Conference attendance costs are listed below. Please note accommodation is NOT included in the below fees and has to be booked via the links on the event page.

Invoicing:

It is preferred that you pay by Card at the time of booking (this site is served by Stripe payments)

However, if this is not possible you can request to pay by invoice, you will be asked to upload a .pdf Purchase Order from your Institution, you will not be able to progress your booking until you complete the document upload which will be checked prior to your place being confirmed.
