The Vascular Access Society of Britain and Ireland

The Royal College of Surgeons of England is proud to introduce this exciting and newly designed course on Vascular Access which aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to set-up, organise and provide a vascular access service. Using ultrasound, jigs and fresh frozen cadaveric material, participants will acquire all the technical skills to efficiently assess suitability for and perform arterio venous fistulae. In addition, case-based discussion will be utilised to teach management of commonly encountered complications.
